At the very least try out the 14 day trial I suppose.

We  dont know if we are closing on the 1st of the month or the 30th of the month so we don't know if we are collecting 1 day of interest or 30 days of interest. 

I work a W-2 day job and have my own electrical business.

Is it worth paying their annual subscription fees and do their 30-day rent guarantee mean anything if they aren't refunding the payment?
