My guess is owning a rental property with someone else living in it and trying to claim that as a residence only works until it doesn't...then you have to pay not only the taxes due, but also the penalties and interest.Ask a professional athlete in the NBA or NFL in how many states they have to pay income taxes.

.- Accept as many applicants as you want, it is totally legal, Process all applications, then select the MOST qualified. simple. first come first serve doesnt exist in the NBA, NFL, NCAA, Any job, Any career, Any presidential Election, Any politcal office. it simply does not exist.

Now...if being over 6' tall is a key component of successfully performing a job...like being an NBA basketball player...than this type of "discrimination" is okay.Religion is another protected class in terms of hiring.
