We weren't super happy with anything we were seeing on the market, so my husband and I had just started writing letters and looking off-market... until we saw this property.It'd been sitting on the market for months.

I'm looking for general feedback on the strategy, brokers, sponsors, etc.

I would definitely recommend him to others if anyone is looking for a lender in the Georgia/Tennessee area.

Is it because it's a 2 bedroom or is it because it's in a better location and looks better in online pictures. 

If the latter, how does that look on a day to day in terms of operating, marketing, and the ownership structure?
