that's why I am doing this forum to keep me accounted for my actions)So... for this week, I think I will put more effort into finishing the two books, "asking questions the Sandler way, and "Prospect the Sandler way", finish all the onboard materials for Exp, attend the team meeting, set up social medias, watch the videos I marked up on the "subto" training vault

Looking for suggested automation, techniques and strategies without reading and watching overload of materials.  

That way all you do is watch other people do the heavy lifting while you cash the big checks.

It will not matter if it is one or both of you on the LLC as long as the property continues to be reported on your personal tax return.One thing to watch out for - The IRS has said that LLCs with husband and wife in non-community property states must be treated as partnerships and are not disregarded entities.
