Next they'll create a sense of urgency saying there are only a few slots available and just because you apply, doesn't mean you will be selected.

They are basically monopolies in different areas and have no sense of urgency when issues like this arrive.

For instance, if it takes a candidate 48 hours to respond to questions you ask, it may be a red flag that the person is currently juggling too many clients, or he/she just doesn't have a sense of urgency. - And my last piece of advice is to use video interviews for your final candidates.

So @John Alexander, that could place some urgency on your sale if you want to included the FFE. 

I know inspection periods are pretty important for most deals where there is competition, but I don't have other buyers, and I don't HAVE to sell this property in any urgency either. 

You can do a video walk-through (just record it on your smart phone), and post it to a private YouTube channel, as an unlisted video (only the buyer's list you send it to would be able to see/find the video) -- minor disadvantages of that are, you lose the sense of urgency/competition by having multiple buyers show up for an 'inspection' at the same time, and you also might not be able to show, in your video, something that a potential buyer might want to see in person. 

Mortgage rates are still low, so I do feel a sense of urgency to invest in the next 6-ish months, but am content to research and save in the meantime.Really appreciate everyone's generosity with their time, expertise and encouragement!

It seems like both my attorney and end buyer is not moving with a sense of urgency.

I did not pick it back up due to no sense of urgency or other priorities.  

I also feel as if there will be a sense of urgency to sell it once I give my 30 day move-out notice.
