What are some effective lines you have used when Sellers tell you they are interested in Selling but want to wait until after the virus?

Everything can be done via docusign, if it's 'social distancing' they are concerned about.

Have they said *why* they want to wait until 'after the virus' to sell?  Market uncertainty?  Fear of close contact with buyers?   They don't have a place to go, if they sell their current property?  Loss of income from renters?

I think it's probably worth digging a little deeper to figure out what exactly about 'the virus' has got them wanting to hold on to the property for longer.
