Do you have enough equity to do a cash out refi and use that cash to put a down payment on another property?

Currently, we are learning more about investing while we save enough capital for a down payment for our first rental property.

-Cash Back on debit card payments (THIS IS THE BEST)-Higher APY than is typical on checking accounts

I used 7/1 arm provided by builder. its 5.25 with 30% down payment

What worked for me was partnering with a trusted local business or coworking space in the area and using their address (with their consent, of course).

Asset Protection Trusts, Offshore Asset Protection Trusts (Cook Islands, Belize) and Irrevocable Trusts with a spendthrift clause are examples of how trusts can provide asset protection from lawsuits. 

He wanted 1/3 payment up front in cash and I paid him.
