Hey everyone!

My name is Austin and I am 30 years old.  My wife and I are interested in owning Multi Family RE.  I am about to leave for the Army for the airborne and my wife is about to get her real estate license.  Currently, we are learning more about investing while we save enough capital for a down payment for our first rental property.
