I have a business associate that supposedly has a connection into the world of MTN's and he's telling me that there is alot of money in investing in or brokering them for other investors.

obviously there are advantages for both products and I suppose it greatly depends on the type of investing you do. 

I suppose if the property appraises well and you can show the costs incurred you will will receive favorable financing at time of purchase and recieve your return of capital through the same financing process.

and I suppose if they are dumb enough to fork over the money without viewing a place; well, maybe that's just a hard lesson they'll have to learn.

I suppose we could go back and fourth on the validity of your example of the rent / fight / murder, but for now the purpose of what I am saying here is if a customer isn't comfortable with the contract, their time is better spent moving on to a different PM than spending time and money trying to change their contract, cuz it ain't happening.

For a firm that is supposed to be elite, they fail to do most things properly.
