Review of ProVision

Amateur Vision would be a more appropriate name for these bunch of clowns. For a firm that is supposed to be elite, they fail to do most things properly. They failed to file proper extensions with the state, and they failed to timely file returns. Their communication is horrendous and they continuously apologize for their repeated failures, stating they will do better next time. Even after fines and penalties are issued, they refuse to accept responsibility and want to charge additional fees to correct their own errors. ProVision engages in deceptive and fraudulent billing. Deni Baldwin, the tax partner, is more interested in talking about her vacations at her lake house, rather than getting her job done. Of course, when you extort so much money from your clients, you can afford to constantly go on vacation. Her lackey, Josh McLellan, cannot provide answers in a coherent fashion and repeatedly apologizes for his constant delays. Working with ProVision as a HUGE MISTAKE and a regret that I unfortunately have to deal with. I would never refer any clients or customers to this outfit.
