I am in need of a semi-budget friendly tile installer in the Lexington, KY area for a couple of our flips after ours has gone MIA.

Kind of a diary for each villa that can set reminders "to do" certain tasks based on a quarterly, semi-annual and annual basis....does this exist. 

Albany will be governed by the city not the county.. so simply walk into the planning department give them the address talk to a planner and ask your questions.. they tend to be quite helpful in semi rural Oregon.. compared to the republic of Portlandia which can be uber frustrating..
