As you can see the emphasis on anonymity, and management LLC's aren't going to really change the outcome and following through on the suggestions from my initial post is the best course of action. 

@Susan Walsh, where did you see the $ 100K limit, I've been researching on this bill and haven't seen anything mentioning that, not sure if it changed since your message was sent.Thanks for all the comments and suggestions, very helpful!!

I see the same dramatic increase in cash flow that you do and would love to acquire a few more STR's along with a new Ferrari but I need more data to feel secure.

If your current hard money lender won't lend more than 50% of the original purchase price, it means they don't see the value in the property either now or in the future.

When you go to sell on the exit the next buyer might not see the value in the space or might not be able to get lending.
