Will there be a meetup site or is BP the main reminder?

This market reminded me so much of 2005-2006... which is seller market.I sold two of my properties last year, and just wait for the market to stabilize before investing again.   

I would have a gracious conversation with this person reminding them of the contractual arrangement for rent payments and hand them a Notice To Comply with your contract so it’s in writing - and in their file!

I know it's going to be hard, thank you for reminding me.The reason I decided to write this is because reading some of these things actually made me second guess my efforts to get into wholesaling.

I set a 1 month reminder on my Google Calendar to resubmit the same offer.

Don't call and remind them when it is due (they already know).

I use it for screenings, so tenants are familiar with it when they see it, and it automatically reminds them every month.

I reminded her that Clayton said he would eat the costs and complete the renovations as promised.
