"- Short term rentals: Read Avrey Carl's "Short term rentals, long term wealth" - it got me started, but I will caveat that "mature vacation rental market" does not equal "no regulatory volitility"...so be prepared to deal with that. local governments of resort destinations are still trying to figure out how to deal with the onslaught of AirBnB demand & backlash from locals.

Either that, or avoid being a landlord in the area covered all together, but if investors do that in mass then there will be less property to rent, rents will go up further on the inventory remaining due to the new supply/demand dynamics and to cover extra regulatory costs as you already alluded, and they will have to change the state laws ... could take some time for all of this to play out, but it will sooner or later.Unfortunately, I heard that Minh is not going to make it to the summit ... will let him confirm that one...

Not sure which one makes sense to pursue.Land is in Regulatory floodway zone - It seems that this is one that can be rectifiedClose to Cemetery - This seems conflicted, I personally dont mind though it seems that some people care and some dontif there is enough acreage - is it possible to have an cabin with Airbnb rentals, to supplement the income.Financing for farms, do banks lend out easily as I dont plan to farm actively.I am new to the whole acreage homes with farms.
