The terms and conditions will overlap a bit between the two.

Baltimore and DC are drastically different markets, and usually does not have an overlap of people investing in both even though they are very close.

It overlaps because usually the mortgagee handles( includes portions )the property taxes with the monthly billing they send the mortgagor.
