Your call, @Martin S.Whatever you choose to do, do document everything that you can.My two cents, call a local-to-the-property landlord lawyer *now* and give a brief outline of the situation, there may be specific steps the local court wants/likes to see.To me, sounds like these folks are troublesome.

Any shift in the equity balance of the LLC creates a transaction between the IRA accounts and carries significantly more risk.There is no specific code to reference other than IRC 4975 outlining disqualified parties.  

I'm going to outline what all I have done since this property leading up to the sale below, not to brag, but to give a real world example that all of this can work.

If I do end up owning the land, I could  offer to buy the MH from the  owner and have the title transferred to me... and if he says "no" then give notice to vacate, do eviction etc. as you outlined above , correct?
