I don't have that anymore, (nor the $2,500 - just some good memories).

It was gone, all of it, lost without a fight, without mercy or compassion, long hard years of work only to lose it by a little letterstating 90 days to vacate. 17 years of memories now becoming someone elses dreams.

You don't have to be a pro negotiator, just develop minor tactics, but you have to be able to follow up and track the status of each lead efficiently because if you're good at marketing you'll have more than your memory will be able to handle.

So you might want to take up the toilet and have a look, and I'll go wash my hands and try to take my mind off this memory!

I had a business card that just had my name and phone number on it, nothing else.I could always jot a note on it if needed to jog their memory, like:House on WalnutFinancingBike rideBeer Bust next Sat. 6:00 pm"I'll buy you a drink" or just "call me" :)But, if you are representing yourself as operating under a business entity, that should be disclosed in all written materials, including business cards, otherwise, you may be seen as dealing personally. :)

So I used black garbage bags and double bagged some of that mattress memory foam and shoved it up in in the hole on either side of the handle for the flue.

A diagram showing the floor-plan of the bathroom itself as well as the layout of that whole floor would be helpful.

If memory serves me, someone posted a graph of Cincinnati water/sewer cost increases over time compared to national averages.  

Using leverage responsibly to grow is great but all too many will over-leverage and if your memories are still intact our last crash was a great example of over-leveraging.
