I want to increase my wealth by making that cash work for me thru real estate, however when I see RE market pricing at the same levels that they were when everyone and their mother was saying that "housing was becoming unaffordable and that there is no way that appreciation is going to continue going uplike it has been (hence the bubble is going to pop)" right before the RE market crashed, it does make me think twice and do my homework before making a move that is going to put me on anxiety meds if I make an impulsive play that puts me in a bad position.

Which would be a greater return rather an buying a 200K turn key house in Millard which would rent for the same, but mortgage would be more, thus eating into profits.I’m looking for properties that have a higher % of return, and believe that focusing on young professionals, and med students would be a good market to get into.I’d love to be added to the meet up!

If she starts calling police,, report her to social services for well check,, she might be off meds.. personally I bet this happens sooner than later..If you need to you might be well advised to have someone go with you if you go inside for any work.. so she can't make claims of xxxx against you. ya never know.Phone calls.. that's what voice mail is for..If she had that big of emergency after hours, she can call cops, fire dept, EMS,

You will be able to rent out rooms to med/dental students all.day.long which is a great tenant base.Longfellow area gets pretty rough as you head along troost and cut through to I-70 highway via Jackson st, but the city has been developing that troost corridor from Jazz district all the way down to Rockhurst, so I would argue the 'gentrification' is in full affect in that area.
