I have found that many fellow landlord's will not buy manufactured homes mainly because of their personal feelings rather than the numbers.

Not sure how your MLS system works, but up here in the northeast that is illegal as that would then give the public instructions on how to get into the property and the lockbox codes.

If you go to the Vermont Manufactured Housing Association website, vtmha.org, and look at the member directory, I'm sure there is someone there that can sell you a beautiful modular home. 

My local area has quite a few manufactured (manu) homes.

This situation of a semi-conflict between the two sections kind of forces us to disregard the IRS instructions and report AirBnB on Sch E and not Sch C. 

And/or other instructions on what do when snow emergencies happen.
