I´ḿ sure there are people with mansions in Potomac or Chevy Chase that would never live in my home no matter how modern or nice it is. i happen to love it just like many of my tenants love and appreciate what I provide.

They had added a log mansion that rented for $2000 a night, that sort of thing.

Just like a condo or a mansion, a tiny house isnt a fit for everyone at every stage of life.

I mean some of them moved into mansions..

Of course you would be selling 100's of properties a minute and pulling in a large enough income to single-handedly pay off the entire US deficit afterwards, so you'd have paid off your (or your parent's) 2nd mortgage and be living in a mansion on one of your estates on the French Riviera and across the globe.

I don't have the amount he purchased it for but the area has always had high-end Mansion size properties.

When my kids were in school I lived in a very nice area but when it was getting closer to the time for them to go to high school I moved to the top of the market, moneyville, and rented a mansion and the cost to rent the place was not a heck of a lot more then buying a home in a average neighborhood if you could call where I lived average.
