There are some hot spots like Shelby Park and Smoketown but if you don't know those areas well you can get burnt.

We're 45 minutes away from Lake Tahoe, which will always be a destination hotspot for tourism.I love my city.

Unfortunately and fortunately, Boise has been a hotspot for some time now.

I know it use to be a really hot spot when oil was up.

Houston's Heights, Montrose, and Midtown neighborhoods are hotspots for house hacking.

I know The Heights isn't too far away from there, but I think that area is still plenty of years away from becoming the new hot spot.
