@James LauerThis is why all STR hosts need to ban together, the sooner we unite, the faster we can respond to these laws and fight appropriately.

They usually bundle it together as origination charges, which can cause confusion.

My next step after posting this is to reach out to a few similar hosts for the style of property I am looking to invest in and see how well they do on a personal level.

Some hosts don't require a background check and lease agreement for 30+ bookings from Airbnb.

I'm finally looking to get out of analysis paralysis and pull the trigger on my REI journey and i want to start out as a co-host on AirBNB to learn the ropes from someone more experienced, learn enough to where I feel comfortable to host my own and earn a few dollars in the process.The only issue I have is that I have no experience as a co-host and per AirBNB's standard, i currently do not qualify as a Co-Host.

This glosses over some significant differences in how the cost of insurance is calculated.Whole Life, a "bundled" product, has mortality costs that are "baked in" from day one, using the maximum cost of insurance, and guaranteed for the full duration of the policy (121 years!).

I just got my premium renewal for 4 policies that are bundled.
