While knowing what other folks make will not make your life any more fulfilling, it is always of interest to see how others are doing and help you put your goals in perspective. 

Hi,We've uprooted ourselves from down under Australia and plonked ourselves smack in the unlikeliest of places, Japan, at a 360 degree cultural turnaround.We arrived two months ago and have survived in a country that speaks extremely limited English and has rigid societal and cultural norms.

This was way harder than I thought in today's market - I was shooting for the 1% rule, and had trouble finding even that - I can't imagine finding one that fulfills the 2% rule. 

Or in other words, of the exit strategies you have experience with, does a certain one bring you more fulfillment than others?

At the end of the day, my belief is that wholesalers do fulfill a need, and it can be done ethically for a win-win as long as they aren't greedy.

This pursuit has been incredibly fulfilling, engaging and eye-opening; significant relationships have been established and I've even acquired properties for myself along the way. 

A lot of big box is struggling as they need a much smaller space to operate than in the past and more local micro fulfillment centers to deliver fast to consumers.

Sorry but it's bad business to make legal promises you can't fulfill.

With those, the seller signs a fulfillment deed which is held by a trustee and recorded when paid off.
