Not very I'd think at 0 and -10.I think you might be overly concerned with the tenants ability to pay, that's why we qualify them.One unit in the tri has a fireplace, gas insert, it can heat the 2 story apt!

Still; it's interesting what you might find in the walls; we've found 2 old fireplaces hidden in one house and crawling under the house found the remnants of a floor furnace (previous owners just covered the floors but did not remove this item).

When doing our inspections I look for cigarette butts in the parking spaces, outside the residence doors and patios, in the fireplace, and in the floor vent ductwork.
