I know I would not want to do 80 deals in an year for a whopping 80k... seems like a low returns for them.. granted apr is spectacular but then again you need those funds liquid so your drag on funds ( from lender perspective ) can be pretty great..

Hi Sharon,There are several options for borrowers with poor credit to still get financing, the lenders will just be looking closer at some other factors such as the borrower's experience and their liquidity.

For further context, the borrower would be able to comfortably afford the mortgage with the rental income but not without it completely.I understand that potential rental income from the property may be considered for a loan amount, but I’m not sure how potential income affects the liquid amount that lenders want to see when issuing a loan.
