I'd pass up on an ADA home unless I'm an ADA patient. 

I am looking into DSCR loans, but I am being told that because I do not own my personal residence, I may not pass underwriting.Thinking outside the box:I started asking lenders about house hacking.

There are seasoning periods which means you have to wait if you want more cash out if the property because of property improvements, time passed or a combination of the two factors.

Don't go right into buy mode, learn moe about the property and they will entertain an offer.Good Luck!

Neither of those sites have passed my diligence sniff test.

You can pass it on to the tenant or you can pay it. you should be following what every one else in the area is doing.

Is that less desirable than a property with 5 bedrooms with walls, but less convertible entertaining space that could be used for movies, gaming,etc?

So if I pull permits and my work passes inspection, is there going to be an issue I’m not aware of?

We are going under the assumption we would sell the home after they pass so as to not be seen by siblings as making money off the situation.
