I like the idea of finding something for a lower price, enhancing it, then selling it.

Definitely enhance value of the house and make it more presentable during inspection.

I've been happy with them and they seem to be a company that's always trying to enhance their services.I do know that they will try to upsell you though, just had a laugh with an out of state client over "sink hole" insurance.

I also use photo enhancement services such as Box Brownie to improve a photo for a few dollars to get that twilight setting.
