I am teaming up with an investor from London, England (European Union citizen, has visa for the USA) to buy multifamily property in South Florida (Dade, Broward, or Palm beach counties) with a commercial loan up to $800,000 to $1,000,000 purchase price.

Hello, I'm a new member from New England.  

In England its very common one offers approx 15% below the asking price whereby in Scotland one bids and generally pays more than the asking price.What is common there?  

I purchased three houses in the States when I was stationed in England. 

I live in New England near the ocean and have no issue with those temps ( not all makes / models will work)   fujitsu attained sole source certification in 2016 and mitsubishi was close I work with a company that installs as far north as Mainewhlle it is recommended to have a second heat source these newer units can stand alone. check with your local installer for specific models
