@Mike Moran - they are townhouse style units so the tenants are wall to wall, upstairs is livings downstairs is common living dining kitchen garage etc. all 6 units carpet now but eventually want to change them all!

That bathroom is the only one on the main floor, it is directly off of the dining room and there is only 1 bedroom on the main floor that would be using it.
