Commercial property with tenants

Good morning everyone I inherited a commercial property which includes a restaurant with dining area and a residential house connected with the property. The property brings in 1700.00 a month. The property is paid off, it is estimated worth maybe 250k my question is how do I pull equity out of this property. property located in Michigan, any assistance will be greatly appreciated thank you.
