We concentrate on the subject property and the subject property only I mean you start still listing documents - sure, vacant means no lease but plenty of DSCR Loans require leases / STR history.

OK thanks everyone - I appreciate the quick responses - I've confirmed my deductible with State Farm and its not worth claiming anything under $4K and yes I am getting a discount due to my zero claims history.

You get the card, put it in a drawer, and never use it, but you will build a credit history based on their performance record.Work hard and save money.
