I am seeking to collaborate with investors in the South Florida market( Broward County) who has experience with investing in either Multi-Family properties, Apartment Buildings, Mobile Homes, or Single Family Homes.

I have already hired the services of a State of Maine Registered Architect who specializes in energy efficiency and together we will be collaborating on a traditional based design.
