Section 8 lost my paper work for ACH deposits so it did take me almost 2 months to get my 1st payment from them, but now it's always on time the 4th or so of month in my account and tenants have been paying their on the agrees upon 1st Friday of the month (payday).I agree that you have to screen and treat them like your other tenants. 

I'll post more in depth next week after we sign the lease this Friday but we're helping a local non-profit coffee shop that employees aged-out foster youth. 

Being excited, I texted the homeowner asking if she had gotten any information back and if everything was a go to move in Friday.

There is one this Friday in Milpitas that is great.

I really wanted to, but 1PM on a Friday is a bit rough!

This month's meeting was postponed until next week on the 18th because we have a guest speaker, John mccants will be teaching a three day workshop on buying houses at foreclosure auctions starting Thursday February 18th at 6:30 p.m. until about 9 p.m. then on Friday we will be going to the foreclosure auctions at the Spokane courthouse that will run from about 8 am until noon, then the final day is Saturday from 9 a.m. until noon.

Anyway we gotta chat more about this next friday!
