Unfortunately, it would be considered a prohibited transaction to use IRA funds to rehab a property that either you or your lineal ascendants/descendants currently own.

After researching the property I discovered that the owner is in jail for a 90 year sentence, and a news article stated that the residence was permanently taken by "the police and prosecutors" Could someone please help me and point me in the right direction?

Additionally, neighbors have attested they leave the garage door and storage shed open (claims that someone was in the house) and they have known to not take care of the property and also have caused domestic disturbances that caused the police to show up a couple of times. 

The title company said they don’t police it and wasn’t actually going to say anything about it until the buyer brought it up to them.

What doesn't show on the listing is that it's right across the street from the brand new police headquarters building. 

Police were there in 30 seconds. 

I suspect someone broke into my home and moved in, however she provided the police a fraudulent lease.

Be a royal PITA to the local police and get crime down.  

Police came out filed a report , hes not allowed back on property and warrent out for his arrest for breaking and entering.

I called the police twice when the second door's lock was broken.
