Delivery was about  3 weeks though. 

-Link sent in initial confirmation message which takes you to webpage with pre check-in, info fields (Mode of transportation, ETA check in)-  Upsells on webpage for additional revenue (Midstay cleaning, laundry service, grocery delivery, transportation)-  During Stay: Offers guest all personal information they need for their stay along with guestbook of things to do-  Live Chat Feature-  Scheduled Automated messages throughout stay-  Coordinate guest check outs and filter reviews 

Pizza deliveries and cabs would not come in the area because they were often robbed.If you have never had a rental with quality tenants, it's hard to imagine how much more money you make with better tenants, and how much less effort it is.

It's a good idea if all material sourcing, measurements, and delivery are included.

Pays back in many ways: free delivery to my first and second floor duplex kitchens, 1-2 year warranty from manufacturer and credit card, and curb appeal of a sorts since our listing photo is almost always the kitchen.

We OWN our house (value $85Kish), own two cars (2006 van, 2012 salvage Focus) and have a $11K loan on a 2018 Nissan that we use for our delivery gig (pays the bills very well).  

Our goal is to someday soon be financially free, maybe own a couple rental properties.We don't know much about real estate other than what I've read and researched in Bigger Pockets podcast/books (waiting for delivery).

However, it has never taken more than one day for it to arrive after being ordered and many times it is same day delivery. 

I work full time with Amazon as a delivery driver, and i have a rental property for my first investment, witch got me hooked!! 

Always, Always start negotiation with a delivery of a notice to vacate (if applicable).
