Like I said if they don't have time to mow the yard I don't see how they'd have time to pick out paint colors and paint (and do a good job with it.)The "man of the house" might have mowing responsibilities, whereas the "woman of the house" will probably have the decorating responsibilities - at least as to making choices (the man might still be the one doing the application of paint onto the walls, and if a lazy or careless type ... just think of the lawn's condition).
