There's no reason you should be responding to anonymous solicitations when you can attend a few local real estate clubs and probably meet as many lenders as you need, eye-to-eye and learn their lending criteria.

There is a HUGE difference between blockchain and "BTC" as mentioned above.Blockchain in simple words, is a method by which data (including coins) are transferred from one person to another, with holding the transaction's anonymity, a LOT quicker and faster way as well.
