REI Business entity structure in Indiana
Hey BP, I'm looking for some advice and opinions on structuring a REI business in Indiana.
Are you doing all of your deals in a business name or your personal name?
Is a Series LLC the best way to structure a buy and hold/rental business? It seems to make sense to have the Master LLC under which each property is listed in its own series LLC.
Additionally, if you're flipping, would you put each flip in it's own LLC, or would you do them all under the same LLC?
Thanks in advance!
