I'm at my wits end and ready just to throw in the towel and move back home but i have no money to do that.

Actually the most important thing to have is your wits.

Incase you're bored like I am today, you might be interested to watch a little debate/battle of the wits I'm engaging in.

Or whether they buy insurance and pay for it all up front.It matters what a jury says when the dog gets loose and mauls someone.Do you want to be on the witness stand when the plaintiff's attorney asks: "Did you have a no pet policy as it states in this lease?"

It would help if you could find witnesses or incriminating evidence(bills with address).This bluff may get it cleaned up at no cost to you.

Unfortunately, I think we are witnessing a bigger change, in that home ownership/property ownership is no longer a priority or a "life goal".

Has anyone actually witnessed someone two years out get approved?

I'm hoping the benefits to society of public records remain clear enough so that isn't taken too far (we've touched on that here: https://help.propertyradar.com/getting-started-wit...). 

Here's another example of a deal I did:Just 9 days ago, I got a call from a lady who inherited a property.She was ready to just give it back to the bank because the property needed repairs and she had two sales fall through.She was frustrated and at her wits end!

Follow thru with the eviction , then you have the sheriff as a witness , the former tenants have no right of entry after that .
