Hi, is there a discount on postage if I send say 500-1000 yellow letters?

What i want to figure out is the best way to approach acquiring the property now that i have info others don't and before she is convinced to sell.Will sending yellow letters be a good starting point?

@Julian Buick   easy questionjust read the yellow letters that private note holders get from investors.but the reasons are generally1. something happened and they need a lump sum of cash2. kids want to buy house need down payment talk parents into selling note to get cash3.

Mostly for collecting information/data generating from my Yellow letters/post cards to start. 

Now I have a two full pages of properties and I need to get the homeowners name and mail them out a yellow letter.

A lot of people use yellow, but white is okay too.
