If you have as many deals as they claim they do then they would NEVER need to market to investors, ever.

Vetting and screening vendors, ensuring your vendors are licensed and insured, maintain all necessary permits and licenses, maintaining appropriate insurance,  requiring vendors to list the deed holder as additional insured, execute contracts with indemnification clauses, being an active owner or have a PM who is actively checking on your properties to ensure there are no premises liability issues or property conditions that could lead to claims.

If you pull a claim, then other insurance carriers won't insure on future properties.

@Brittany Moreland    ambitious I will give you that. and totally unrealistic... folks with that kind of money don't need you they do it themselves..Good luck on it. 

So for example, if I am already getting $10K settlement check, I would like to hire a PA for additional claims.

On a rant here, but State Farm cancelled my auto insurance in January due to "frequent claims". 

Most claiming to cover closings costs/sellers cost.

Kandy - You would use your home owners insurance unless they denied the claim.

I highly doubt Marco with all he had going on started that note program as a fraud like these folks are claiming..
