You can handle the eviction yourself if you have the time to learn the process (know your local landlord-tenant laws and follow them to a T) and attend court, otherwise hiring an attorney can be money well spent.

its clearly a title company issue.. there should have been a title commitent done that show the recorded deed restriction..
