@Rebekah Hitt Hi Rebekah, we have lease break conditions within our lease agreements that are very similar stipulations.

I won't be using the property as a primary residence; It seems to be a great program, just certain stipulations are attached to the loan. 

I like the stipulation including emotional support animals.
