Perhaps on the surface, yes, but all politicians have a way of kicking the can down the road so it's likely that many states may face similar financial crises in the future.

The second part of Just Cause No Fault is the section that makes this entire bill a wolf in sheep's clothing (apologies to all Wolfs out there  who are offended by being compared to politicians in Colorado). 

One was City Manager of a city in Florida, one was a REI professional in NY, and one was a retired Educator and Politician. 

Good job, politicians!

Not to mention the politicians don't understand simple math and think solving problems is increasing taxes.

And politicians think, "This is wonderful, we can transfer money from rich landlords to tenants who've been struggling to pay rent!

There are plenty of politicians on both sides that take advantage of many of the benefits of real estate.

Politicians add ADU laws in hopes of adding housing, but they fail to account that the housing being added is very expensive.
