Hello Amanda, Congrats on taking the plunge and doing your first deal!  

I spent two years soaking up as much information as I could before taking the plunge and purchasing my first SFH rental in May 2017 in a partnership with my sister.

I’m an Agent with an investor mentality just haven’t taken the plunge yet, primarily trying to get my financials in order a bit before I do.

Any advice before I take the plunge?

Haven't taken the plunge on any properties yet, but I'm looking for a mentor/connections as well.

How can I get over this and just take the plunge into investing and look at the numbers, not the quality of the property?

I think this would be a great opportunity for me to finally take the plunge into real estate. 

I see more investors fail because they make the plunge without knowing what they're doing.
