Hello all,

My name is Tim and after listening to countless BP podcasts I finally took the plunge and set up my profile.

Within the last year I moved back to my hometown of Leominster in Central Mass. I quit my horrible office job and started working with my father to take over his local Auto Repair business. In addition to the automotive business I am looking to acquire some rental property.

I'm hoping to network with other local investors in the area and start building out my portfolio. My strategy is going to be buy and hold multifamily rentals starting with a few units and then expanding my unit count and diversifying into various other types of commercial property.

Currently I'm looking to use an FHA or 203K loan on my first acquisition or preferably an owner financed apartment building. I look forward to connecting with others in the area and am excited to continue learning everything I can.
