I would add turnover (costs and how to mitigate), a step by step eviction process for your county so a landlord is confident enough to do it him/herself without a lawyer, accounting basics and how to maximize deductions, and I would recommend building in large time slot for Q&A

I am mainly looking at PG County Townhomes (Upper Malboro area).

I do open house appointments but make it clear that if there are no confirmations for a slot then it will be cancelled.

They just want to help people, so they are going to give it to you for under $3K, but only to a very limited amount of people, so you better hurry and sign up now before all of the slots are gone.  

I don't think I knew that Baltimore property taxes were higher than PG county. 

You can't miss it.Weekends are tough for me as I have family obligations, but there's a slot open on Sunday 12/9 between 10-11:30am if you want a free tour.

I also have a drop slot in my building.

Oh and on the PG topic my understanding is that one partner can buy the property, transfer the property to LLC, and then sell a stake in the property to other partner.

So I'm looking at a property in east Baltimore sold as is, the property was rehabbed but my real estate agent is concerned about lead inspection, she has never worked in Baltimore, all her experience is PG county so she is concerned talking about how expensive it could get.

I'm interested in buy and holds in the PG/Arundel County area and multi units in Baltimore.
