Then deck them out with luxury bedding, decorative lighting windows, built in tables and benches, lofts with stairs along wall, composting toilet, propane heated shower, propane heated bathroom and kit chen sink, microwave, composting toilet, solar powered electricity.  

We had them replace our microwave once and it took over 3 months and they had the absolute lowest bid of a company come out to do the work.

Other then maybe a broken microwave or fence materials.

It sounds a little crazy, but we set up our master bed & bath suite with a coffee maker, mini fridge, toaster oven and microwave for those short term stays.

I think new investors have no idea of the reality of what it really takes to be successful in this industry as they are bombarded with "microwave" success stories and to some extent they need to take responsibility for it on their end.
