Then she goes into this sob story about how hard her life is and that she been sleeping in her van for months and on people’s couch.

At night, at least once a week .... people come and dump everything from garbage, to refrigerators, to couches around my dumpster area and sometimes in the carport. 

It’s a program designed to  reward scum sucking sluggards that won’t drag their lazy two ton carcasses off the couch !

For all they know the smell is stuck in the couches and will leave with them.

Hi,We have a tenant that was late on rent and I could not get a hold of, they finally got back to me today via text(week late on rent) saying they have moved out of state and will not be returning and have mailed the keys back to us.They obviously did not give notice of leaving, but also left their belongings in the apartment .Furniture(Chair, couch, bed, etc), kitchen items, and other random things.

Trash removal-demolitions -eviction-couches-mattress -yard waste -Renovation’s -metal is free Price may increase depend on location and condition of trash and trips to dump.

I pay them $700 a month just to help put towards their mortgage.I'm currently living in the suburbs about 2 hours away from major city, and to be honest I don't want to live here anymore and want to be in the major city.I have a few friends I could couch surf with while I look for a place in the city.I am self employed so I don't need to stay here.Now, I am trying to figure out what is the best route to take and have been reading up about house hacking, which in a sense is what I am doing right now.However, I am debating on either renting my downstairs to a friend, a 6 months lease, OR AirbnbI feel Airbnb would be my best bet for most income, although it might be slow during the winter months.Just looking to get some advice on what routes I should be taking.I also do overlanding, which is camping out of my truck so I honestly don't mind living out of my truck a week at a time, truly enjoy it and find complete peace, but want the downstairs to be making some sort of income.

That doesn't seem like very bad worst case considering that's what most of us are having to do every day, lol (as @Mindy Jensen would say).I would agree with the others, the people reaching FIRE don't seem to be laying on the couch doing nothing for the rest of their lives...they seem to be doing the things they've always wanted to do but never had the time. 

Downstairs is a 1/1 tenant is paying $620 has been there 10 years.According to current landlord reason person downstairs is paying more is for full use of the garage (detached 2 car) and has brother sleeping on couch.

Do you allow your tenants to have "couch surfing" guests?
