Intersting so many pilots, I learned to fly growing up in Los Angeles.

Then comes South Mpls which is massive and the main boundary here is Interstate 35W.

Both homes are are within the same general area convenient to the interstate, downtown, and the golf course and the owner stays in the home during rentals (except masters). 

Check out around Cetara and towards the interstate.  

Heat, other utilities, and mortgage insurance are TBD.The only downside is that I'm 40 minutes from work, but it's all interstate driving.Is this a good deal for me to get my foot in the door?

Bringing 2,000 (relatively low wage) jobs to the area is great, but given that the Cleveland metropolitan area has over 2 million people and the fulfillment center is directly off of the interstate, I don't see people making a great migration to live in Euclid when you can commute anywhere in Cleveland in about 20-30 minutes.  

I am intersted in long-distance fix and flips.

For example, if the average $/SF for 3-bedroom homes in an area is $1.10/SF, and the subject property has an area of 1,500 SF, then the estimated rent would be:1,500 SF x $1.10/SF = $1,650/MoThe problem is these sites do not consider a property's specifics.Property Specific ExamplesProximity to nuisances - Property A, located next to Interstate 15, will have a lower rental price than Property B, even if the physical attributes of the properties are the same.

We aren't close to any interstates, vacation destinations or such.
